INDIGENOUS YOUTH

INDIGENOUS LED Youth Scholarships support and recognize Indigenous high school students who demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of INDIGENOUS LED.

Up to four scholarships of $1,000 USD will be awarded to one student from each of the Blackfoot Confederacy’s nations.

  • Grade 10 -12 Students are eligible to apply

  • Applying students must be a member (Status or Non-Status) of one of the following nations of the Blackfoot Confederacy: Amskaapii Pikuni, Kainai, Piikani, or Siksika

  • Applying students must present Academic Excellency

  • Applying students must present Attendance Excellency

  • Applying students must present Volunteer/Community Involvement or Extracurricular Activities

  • Applying students must model the values of INDIGENOUS LED (see below)
